Participants can use any programming language, framework, or platform. Recommended tools include:

• Frontend: React, Vue, Angular

• Backend: Node.js, Flask, Django

• Mobile: React Native, Flutter

• Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

• AI/ML: OpenAI API, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
